Hi, I’m Trudy Adams - welcome to my website!

As an author, I write stories that offer hope, resilience, and inspiration to young people.

My fiction explores coming-of-age experiences, family dynamics, and the complexities of relationships through relatable characters and engaging narratives.

I draw on almost two decades of professional work with young people, their families, and trauma recovery. Through my writing, I aim to offer a pathway for overcoming adversity, understanding ourselves, and forming a grounded sense of identity—something I believe finds its fullest expression in Christ.

Ultimately, my goal is to positively impact the lives of young people across the globe by creating stories that are both meaningful and engaging.
